Training Phase I
You’ll learn how to apply our colors in different mediums, like concrete, stones, bricks, etc.
You’ll learn how to use our concrete stains to take care of a small concrete stain project.
We’ll teach you (Training and Materials) how to create your own Basic Color Palette.
The cost of your Training Program “Phase I” is the same for all five Training Groups

Part I: $275 USD

Training - Learn what you can stain with your water-base concrete stain colors.
Materials - One quart of one of our ready made water-based concrete stain colors.

You’ll learn how to apply your water-based concrete stain colors in different mediums, like concrete, bricks, stones, pottery, walls, etc.
Part II: $750 USD
[Testing your water-based concrete stain colors]
Training - Learn how to test our water-based concrete stains under different conditions.
Materials - Two gallons of one of our ready-made water based concrete stain colors.
Insights: You’ll learn how to apply our water-based concrete stains on a small project.
Part III: $1,975 USD
[Create your Basic Color Palette]
Training I - Learn how to coat your color sample board.
Training II - Learn how to stain your color sample board.
Training III - Learn how to create your Basic Color Palette.
Materials I - Enough JEM-Texture Mix to coat your Color Palette Baseboards.
Materials II - Enough Reinforcer for the JEM-Texture Mix.
Materials III - Forty-eight (48) different ready-made Concrete Stain Colors
Important:
Your Basic Color Palette displayed in a custom-made Sample Board is way beyond your money-making presentation. It will make your “Concrete Stain Services” stand out from the rest, allowing you to close more Concrete Stain Contracts than anybody else in your area. Because your customers will be able to actually see, and feel how your water-based Concrete Stain Colors actually look like, forging lasting importance due to aesthetic appeal.
Your basic color Palette, along with our fill-in-the-blanks marketing materials will allow you to make up your “Phase I” training cost in no time. And it will allow you to generate the income necessary to cover the expenses of your training packages in a blink of an eye.
To keep curiosity seekers at bay!
My original plan was to send ‘Part I’, of the ‘Phase I’ training package free of charge so everybody can test for themselves the quality and the amazingly easy application process of my concrete stain colors.
But after running a local survey, I soon realized that 9 out 10 people are curiosity seekers. These are people who are always willing to waste their time trying anything that’s available in the market as long as it is free of charge. And the saddest part is that they may not even try out the sent materials since it didn't cost them a single cent. They just put it on the side for a future try out that never happens.
Besides, the cost of your training packages is irrelevant since you’ll be able to make up the cost of them using your new skills and the materials provided and sold through your training packages.
If someone is not willing to invest in their financial future, and fully try out the content and materials included in my training program, they’re just going to waste my time, and my time is a non-recuperable resource that I am not willing to waste.
You can make up the cost of your ‘Phase I’ training program as follows:
- Your Phase I Training investment is equivalent to the income you’ll generate taking care of four small size (4 x $750 = $3,000 USD) concrete stain projects.
- Your initial investment is equivalent to the income you’ll generate taking care of two medium size (2 x $1,500 = $3,000 USD) concrete stain projects.
- Your initial investment is equivalent to the income you’ll generate taking care of only one regular size (1 x $3,000 = $3,000 USD) concrete stain project.
- Taking care of the concrete staining of a long 3-car-garage driveway will provide you with an income bigger than twice the amount of your ‘Phase I’ initial investment
Important:
Do not try to take care of a big concrete stain project until you have fully mastered your concrete staining
skills, and have already taken care of several smaller projects.
Training Phase II
In “Phase II” of your training program you need to sign your Licensing Contract and our Non-Disclosure Agreement before moving on to training Phases III, IV, and V.
The cost of your “Phase II” training will vary according to which Training Group you are in.

IMPORTANT: No one will be allowed to move on to training Phase II, until they are already making a profit with the training learned, and materials purchased in Training Phase I. No exceptions

Your Licensing Agreement is your passport to success and financial freedom.
Your Licensing Contract and Non-Discloser Agreements must be signed and approved before moving on to “Phase III”
The cost of your Licensing Contract will vary according to which Training Group are you in.
Your Licensing Fees are six percent (6%) of the total cost of your ordered materials.
Your Licensing Fees are due twice a year:
Due on June 15: Three (3%) percent of the total cost of materials ordered.
Due on December 15: Three (3%) percent of the total cost of materials ordered.

Our Non-Disclosure Agreement is a legally enforceable contract that establishes confidentiality between us (Colorems) and you (The member of Colorems). By signing our NDA, you agree to protect the confidential information we are going to be sharing with you throughout our training program.
Important: If any of the above-mentioned contracts, The Licensing Agreement, or the Non-Disclosure Agreement are breached, your membership in Colorems the Global Community of Concrete Stain Manufactures will be automatically cancelled, and your up-to-date training fees won’t be refundable due to violation of the signed agreements.
The cost of 1 gallon of concrete stain in my local market is $59.54 [$55/1 Gallon x $1.0825/Sales Tax]
The cost of 1 gallon of Colorems’ concrete stain in my local market is: $21.43 [$99/5 Gallon x $1.0825/Sales Tax]
My savings for each gallon of Colorems’ concrete stain used is: $38.11 [$59.54 - $21.43]
Therefore, by using or selling Colorems' Concrete Stain Colors as follows, will make up for your "Phase II" training cost;

Training Phase III
As part of your “Phase III” training program you will receive training videos where we will show you in a step-by-step process, how to take care of small, medium, and big size projects. We will always be there for you, to take you by the hand, and make sure your initial steps in the Decorative Concrete Business are smooth and as enjoyable as they can be.
The cost of your “Phase III” training will vary according to which Training Group you are in.

On Phase III of your Training Program, we’ll teach you how to apply your new skills, and our materials to create the income necessary to cover the cost of the rest of your training program.

Start your Concrete Staining Career by taking baby steps to make sure you have honed your concrete staining skills in small projects before moving up into more challenging, yet enchanting projects.
You can order as many gallons of Colorem’s concrete stain as you want. But keep in mind that at this point you are still getting pre-blended colors, while your real profit comes from manufacturing your own Concrete Stain Colors.
This really depends on you, some members stayed on “Phase III” until they generate enough money to pay for the rest of their training program. Others do not waste any time and move on to training “Phase IV” as soon as possible.
You can stay on ’Phase III’ of your training program as long as you want!
But as you may have realized by now, the real money is in Manufacturing your own water-based Concrete Stain Colors. How long do you want to stay on ‘Phase III’ of your training program?
The decision is all yours!
Advantage:
You can stay in the ‘Phase III’ until you make enough money to finance the rest of your Training Program.
Disadvantage:
The longer you stay in “Phase III”, the less income you’ll generate as a Concrete Stain Manufacturer.
At this stage of your Training Program you should be able to take care of medium size projects.
1) The average size of a medium size project is: 1,500 Sf.
2) The average market price to stain a project like this is: $4,500 [1,500/Sf x ($3.50+$2.50)/2]
3) One gallon of Colorems’ colors covers about 150 square feet.
4) A project like this will take 10 Gallons of Colorems’ colors [1,500 Sf / (150 Sf x 1Gallon)]
5) The Colorems’ stain cost to do this project will be: $214.30 [10G x $21.43]
6) The material needed to seal this project (if requested) cost: $281.45
7) The Labor cost for this project will be: $700.00 [$175 x 2 Workers x 2 Days]
8) The projected profit for this project will be: $3,304.25 [$4,500 - $214.30 - $281.45 - $700]
Therefore, if you’re part of “Membership Group I”, taking care of only one medium size concrete stain project will be enough to make up the cost ($2,000.00) of your “Phase III” training program.

Training Phase IV
(a) We’ll teach you how to design, create, and manufacture your own custom colors
(b) We’ll teach you how to read, duplicate and manufacture any of our color codes
The cost of your “Phase IV” training will vary according to which Training Group you are in.

We will teach you how to design, manufacture and sell never-before-seen concrete stain colors
At this stage of your training program, you are allowed to buy, at discounted members’ prices, all the material necessary to design and manufacture your Custom Concrete Stain Colors.
We will sent you a copy of the same marketing package we currently use in our local market to advertise the selling of our Custom Concrete Stain Colors.
As a Concrete Stain Designer:
We charge $750.00 per custom color designed in San Antonio, Texas USA.
Designing only 4 Custom Colors will be enough to cover your cost on Training Phase III Concrete Stain Designer Earnings: $3,000.00 [$750/Custom Design x 4 Custom Designs]
As a Concrete Stain Installer:
In “Phase III” we showed you how to earn $3,304.25 out of a single medium size Concrete Stain Project. But at this stage of your training you should be able to take care of several medium size concrete stain projects at any given time, multiplying your monthly overall profits.
Also, at this stage of your training program you should be able to take care of bigger size concrete stain projects, and double or triple your profits as Concrete Stain Installer.
Training Phase V
In "Phase V" of your Training Program, we will teach you how to set up your Water-based Concrete Stain Manufacturing System, start to finish, and we’ll also provide you the materials necessary to carry on your final training.
The cost of your “Phase V” Training will vary according to which Training Group you are in.

You’ll learn, step by step, how to choose, add, and mix the “Catalyst Ratio”in your Concrete Stain Color manufacturing process, or you might ended up not using any Catalyst at all. You’ll also learn how to test the “Catalyst” in your concrete stain colors at various ratios.
You’ll learn how to choose the ideal Color Strength for your Concrete Stain Colors. You might ended up using several different Color Strengths (As I do in my lab) in your color manufacturing process.
You’ll also learn how to instantly transform any of your Concrete Stain Colors into six, or more different colors (Not by just adding black, or white colors to them) but by manipulating its color strength.
You’ll learn how to design and codify the “Color Roots” in each of your Custom Colors
Although “Color Intensity” and “Color Strength” share some similarities, you’ll learn how to differentiate one from another, and how to properly use both.
